CS First is a Google EDU program that teaches computer science to grades 4-8 using Scratch block coding. I led the design team in creating a distinctive visual language and narrative for CS First while maintaining alignment and appropriate brand distance with Google's brand. Inspired by block coding, we developed a visual system and custom typeface that was applied across in-product experiences and marketing materials, resulting in comprehensive brand guidelines.
